SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We guarantee delivery in 7 to 10 business days as our regular, non-premium service for in-stock items and depending on your location.  We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly.  If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.  Orders cannot be shipped to rural routes or PO boxes.

There are no extra shipping charges for backordered shipments, and credit card orders aren't charged until they leave our warehouse.

Please select from the express options below, allowing one business day for order processing. Express shipping is available only in the 48 contiguous states.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  Please note, the product(s) must be returned for a full refund or equivalent exchange.  We are sorry, we cannot accommodate international orders at this time.  However, if you leave us your email address we will notify you as soon as we are able to ship internationally.

RETURNS

We want you and your daughters to be happy with your Ottilie & Lulu products.  But on the rare occasion when you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization, and exchange or refund.  Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase to obtain a refund.  After 7 days only an exchange or credit will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.   Returns will be processed within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse.  For your own protection, please send returns via FedEx, UPS or registered mail.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact customerservice@ottilieandlulu.com or call our toll-free number 1.877.372.LULU within 7 days of delivery.

If you believe your purchase has been lost stolen, please contact customerservice@ottilieandlulu.com as soon as possible. All lost items will be subject to verification through our shipper.

ORDER STATUS

Upon receipt of your order and verification of your payment, a confirmation of your transaction will be sent to you via email.  When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

SALES TAX

Orders shipped to New York will be subject to applicable local sales tax.
